Tabeal
Tabeal was the father of a man whom the kings of Syria and Israel planned to place on Judah’s throne during the reign of Ahaz. The name means “God is good.”
Biblical Usage
Tabeal is mentioned in Isaiah’s account of the threatened replacement of Ahaz by a ruler supported by the hostile kings.
