Siloah, The pool of
The pool of Siloah, or Siloam, was a water reservoir in Jerusalem. Its name is associated with the Hebrew term meaning “sending.”
Biblical Usage
Siloah is associated with the gently flowing waters mentioned by Isaiah and with the Jerusalem pool known in the New Testament as Siloam.
