SEVENEH
Seveneh was the town at the First Cataract of the Nile, corresponding to modern Aswan in Egypt. It marked the southern limit mentioned in Ezekiel’s prophecies and later hosted a Jewish community and temple.

Seveneh was a town at the First Cataract of the Nile, now known as Assuan. It is the place called Syene in the King James Version of certain passages in Ezekiel.
